Wipo needed to make booking a cleaning appointment for your home fast (60 seconds or less) and easy. We were able to overcome some of these challenges:
- How do we make sure that the quote is correct for the number of rooms?
- Qipo needed to be fast and simple but also safe.
- 24/7 customer service but no phones, how would users contact?
- After a cleaning, what happens with the app to make future bookings simpler?
