Wipo Service Provider is the app for self-employed cleaners working with the Wipo platform to receive and manage cleaning jobs easily via your smartphone. Whether at home on the sofa, or on the way to your next job, you can manage your schedule anytime and anywhere

Challenge
With a service tracking app, users want something simple and quick so that they can find their service location and complete the job. Some of our challenges included:
- What information do we need to provide the service provider so they can complete their task?
- How can we let the service provider know that there is a new task for them without them having to open the app?
- What settings can we implement to make this app useful on a daily basis?
- We needed to ensure that the app had seamless map integration to the users to and from jobs.
Solutions
The solutions ended up being pretty simple once you thought about them in a complex manner:
- We ended up integrating maps to get providers to and from locations, notifications, payment integration for users to send and accept payments, and even more to make the app extremely useful.
- We included simple push notifications to alert the service provider a new job is available for acceptance. They can accept or reject a job straight from the push notification.
- We made sure to include payment integration, map integration, and calendar integration to make sure that this was a full, useful app for the service provider.
- Using location services on their phone, we were able to not only track where the user currently was in relation to their target location but also pinpoint them to their next job with provided information,
